★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Setup did not sound good inspite of being a small room. Auditioned the Rti and Signature series from polk paired with Denon. Subwoofer DSW-550 did not sound like it was having that kind of power, which it actually boasts of having. People are very good and welcoming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am having a really bad experience re-setting my Polk system to a new location. I have been using Polk for slightly over 2 years. I have recently moved accommodation. I reached out to the authorised person asking for the contact details of the technician so that he/she could come in and I could coordinate with the said technician. Despite calling and smsing a couple of times, I received no revert! Absolutely no professionalism!
When I called the third time, I was given to understand that the technician was trying to reach me. With great difficulty, I managed to reached the technician. It was a Friday. I was given a time to call him on Monday! Today, when I called him, I am given to understand that he is not keeping well.
While, it is OK for one to get sick, courtesy demands that the person inform or send in his replacement which didn’t happen.
Till date, the Polk system has not yet been connected.
My advice is that the after sales service is pathetic. You may want to consider this aspect when making a decision of what you buy from them.
