Office is nice but no one to greet or appreciated my time for interview, no hr for meeting , no tea ,water, coffee. May be bad day for me. but anyway atleast if interview is scheduled by hr they should be presnt that was personal experience few days back when i went to attend interview

I am existing employee (4 years and counting) of Procentris Ind Pvt Ltd and my overall experience with the company is superb. I learned a lot and my skills are boosted while working on different tasks which were challanging as well as thought-provoking. Companies management is very helpful when we face problems in any aspect of the given project.

These are personal experiences sharing Strange Interview Process-- SAT test bit of math and proof reading easy enough but SAT for job interview who does that anyways that was after long time after college that gave a SAT. Interviews Reschedule for me twice the HR said the manager isn't available next time so sorry he is not feeling well can you join the interview another day. It means they aren’t organised and don’t have a clear structure. Poor Leadership Skills- Managers are powerless when higher non tech managment interferes into the project they will just follow them blindly. No proper use of advantages of their manger powers for project or employees. Accepting impossible deadlines as management asked them. Colleagues - They constantly gossiping the hate environment of company. Like the monitoring of InOut etc.Higher management throws you under the bus for favourite employees work credits are shared or either not given. One fine day I went and spoke to senior HR the results were same it's like the saying "birds of a feather flock together". Work life - Lack of work-life balance, constantly i felt was under stress for years and was delivering stress to clients.Never wanted to get out of bed in the morning for the company. After spending years relazied no one takes pride in their work and aren’t happy in their current positions. Broken Promises - This is why I left. At time of increments your manager’s ‘hands are tied for that moment’.  HR will answer we are reviewing, CEO is traveling, Next week again next week so you will always feel unanswered. So don't expect a quick revision of your increments will be in your hand. Employees - New Joiners here within a year mark thier jump to the next ship. This has been a pattern here this affects a team and every time I had train new member of team and the joiners kept jumping that increases the workload on us. Breaks - Lunch time, Tea time but no one is getting up and taking a break everyone is afraid of the Biometric machine each and every InOut is recorded. Manager was strict on this and monitor it. Peaks and Perks - OK there is no perks in this company as per mangament provding a cab once in a blue moon is a perk which can easily be afforded by me. Spoke to senior HR in early days, does the company offer any free gym membership or health club membership for better employee health he said that's great idea will talk to CEO but never came back on that. Even a basic perk like Flexible Working Hours are not there late marks are biggest crime here can affect your pay. My current company offers Free food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and employees enjoy games on Xbox in office whenever they feel so. Finally Bad Reputation - Few like us will post the truth. Make sure to read all of them and pay attention to each and every facts mentioned. Again these are my personal experiences.
