★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is worst worst worst place to buy appliances. service number always rings but no response. I need to send Bill and machine photos always and they dint still remember it. i just got washing machine from these people 1 week back and guess what .. never used it due to machine issues. i am now suffering to reach them for support. once they sold it, you are nothing to them. Don't buy it from this place. Be aware .. these people will post adds in OLX and quicker also with nice machine pictures . dont ever never buy from this people. total waste of time and Money. cheaters these people are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever buy any product from them. They are nothing but frauds. All they mean is loot people. Sell faulty product and don't respond after sales. Don't believe with positive reviews. They gang up and write positive reviews. Disgusting people. I wish I could give them less than 1 star.

This seller is a top level fraud. Bad products, worse commitment and worst service!
I bought a washing machine and a refrigerator from this seller.
At the time of purchase, he will give you many exciting buyback offers and guaranteed service within 24 hours but in reality, he never sends anyone for repair or service. You have to keep on ringing him and he will say that mechanic has already left for your request but the mechanic never arrives.
After few days the professional enterprises' owner/worker will stop picking up your call. In the end, you have to get your equipment repaired through some external mechanic.
If you are still up for this pathetic service and mental trauma of daily follow up for nothing, you must go for professional enterprises!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever buy any products from them. They never reply to you once you've bought, and the products are defective. The service is too worst. They give the service warranty for 6 months, and they will come after 6 months if you get any repair even if the repair gets on the first day of purchase. You will regret definitely if you purchase the product from these unprofessional Professional enterprises. All the positive 5 star feedback are from there own staff. Unprofessional buggers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give a negative star, I would. EXTREME frauds. Dealt with them twice, and regretted it both times (should've learned my lesson at the first). They will sell you a hunk of junk and each time they come to fix it (IF they come), it's worse off than it was before. No returns, no exchanges, no refunds. They just lie and lie saying they are coming to fix or exchange and come up with the lamest excuses as to why they didn't show up for weeks. We ended up having to throw money away for a brand new fridge, not to mention throwing away thousands of rupees of food going bad. PLEASE do not waste your time or money or energy on these shisters, they will rip you off left, right and center. They'd probably lie and steal from their own grandmother.I am convinced all the good reviews here are just their friends and are fake

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS. Buying from them was the biggest mistake I could have made. They sold me a very old second-hand washing machine. Within one week, the drying motor stopped working. When they came for repair, they simply cleaned the tub and left. After calling them again, they kept postponing and never returned. Their service is horrible, and I have spent over 2000 bucks getting real professionals to come and fix this horrible machine they have left me with. Don't believe the positive reviews, they are all from their friends and family to keep the ratings up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inshallah, god will punish them. This is the extreme fruad. I purchased the washing machine with 11,000/- it is not working from first run.
If we call the customer care. Most of the time it is out of coverage area.I they attempt the call also not a professional behaviour. After 15 days everyday 10 times if you call also no use. Still my machine is not get repaired.
