★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PropertyCafe cheated me. I have worked with Kapil and have given him 2 lakhs of pre-booking amount for a shop in World Mall of Gaursons in Greater Noida. When booking started, they increased the rates by few lakhs. I cancelled by booking but they have not yet returned the pre-booking amount. It is over 9 months now....cheats and Thugs..Avoid them at all cost..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ According to many reviews the property cafe provides very good service but i am one of its client an faced a worst attitude of director and Hr of the company. They both blocked my payment and after my replacement clause of the candidate also left the company because the company was unable to give salaries on time he got his two months salary in 3 month and also director dint released my payment .Actually their intentions were not to give payment to consultancy then why you guys go for tie ups with the consultancies .....most worse company and client i have ever seen
