★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience as a tenant with this property care. They just care about the owner and the money they are getting from him. I lived in a fully furnished flat in Bangalore for 2 years and kept that house as my own and cared for all the stuff inside the house. I kept cleanliness and tidiness as it’s my purchased house and always cared about all the items in the house.
Every 6-8 months these guys did a inspection and had no issues with the flat and gave an excellent report to the owner. As soon as we decided to move on, these guys created a hell lot of issues for every small thing. The owner as well as this vendor don’t care about age or wear and tear of appliances or house in general. For example, they have me a 1.5 years used water purifier and after 1 year of usage, it required replacement of filter which the owner as well as Propertycare denied on grounds of this is tenant responsibility. I told them that if I get this exchanged and leave next month, then it will not make sense for me, but they didn’t care.
For every small issue, they cut money from my deposit like chimney repair, gas repair which was not done when I moved in. They told us that they cannot ask owner for any money which doesn’t make any sense as wear and tear and age of appliances cost had to be borne by owner as specified in rent agreement also but they didn’t care.
This guys are extremely selfish, incompetent and rude towards the tenants. I would urge all owners not to take any services from these guys as no tenant will want to live in a place which is being governed by these guys.
