My own property purchase which got into several hurdles because of a lending institution, was smartly salvaged by Mitrangshu Mukherjee and his team at PropertyInc. I again congratulate the teams' hard effort and would like engage in future deals with the institutíon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sheer professionalism and transparency. Frankly thats not what you see very often in a place like kolkata. But dealing with property inc was a sheer delight. I found nilanjan to be pleasantly hard working and available round the clock for any queries and issues. Feedback is prompt. And most importantly knowledge about the locations and properties is commendable. At no point i felt that as a seller or a buyer my interests are being compromised in any way over the other party. I think Nilanjan is someone whom you can trust unlike quite a few consultants i have interacted with.

Recently I purchased 3 bed room flat in Urbana in Kolkata through Property Inc and my experience was really overwhelming.Being a NRI customer, i was bit skeptical in the beginning but later on i observed that they are 100% transparent , highly skilled professionals and understand relevant laws and regulations of property transfer including tax obligation. The professional services provided by them is really above my expectation when i compare with peers in other cities.
I will always go with Property Inc for my future property investment in Kolkata.
