★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This HomeCare is a money gulping center. Charge exorbitant fees even for simple services. Don't have quality doctors to attend to patient under their care. Not a good choice. Apollo Care is much more experienced and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Father Was Under The Care of Sparsh Home Care...He Expired on 21/01/2022 ...On 20/01/2022, I Paid Rs 70000 approx to avail their ventilator services...On 21/01/2022 My Father Expired...On 22/01/2022 They Came And Took Away All Their Equipments..Initially They Said That They Would Refund The Majority Amount After Deducting Some Minor Charges...But Neither They Refunded The Amount Nor The Owner of Sparsh Home Care Mr Anjan Dutta is responding to calls....Seems like just a money making fraudulent nursing service provider company...It's been more than 2 month but they have not refunded any amount....BEWARE GENERAL PUBLIC...DO NOT AVAIL THEIR SERVICES...THEY USUALLY GET THE PATIENT'S OR THEIR RELATIVE'S CONTACT NUMBERS FROM HOSPITALS....THEY HAVE SETTING WITH HOSPITALS....IN MY CASE, MY NUMBER WAS GIVEN BY INSTITUTE OF NEURO SCIENCES KOLKATA ...WHICH I ALREADY SAID IS A PATHETIC HOSPITAL WITH PATHETIC DOCTORS AND STAFFS....BUT I MUST ADMIT THAT THE NURSING STAFF THAT THEY PROVIDED WHOSE NAME WAS Mr GOUTAM WAS A VERY GOOD GUY

Dear Dr Dutta,
We would like to earnestly request you with folded hands to refund the due amount that you are supposed to return which we have not received from your side since last 2 months after the expiry of my father and constant follow up. So far you have repeatedly failed in your own commitments to do the refund and now-a-days we are not able to reach you as you are not receiving our repeated calls. I do not like to discuss such things on social platform but now have no way to contact you apart from putting it up here. I just want to emphasize on one thing, irrespective of the services that you provide on which I don't want to comment anything, TRUST is a very crucial factor in success of any ventures and that should not be lost.
