★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never involve PropTiger, they will say they are channel partner and get commission from builder and would not charge buyer. But if they are involved builder will charge you at-least 1-2 lakhs extra, so basically you will end up paying there commission too.
PropTiger agents are big time frauds, I don't have option of giving 0 star, so giving 1 star.

Mr Hemant Verma who was deputed with NB Bhondve group said he is very professional and will process cancellation and never do something like not receiving calls. But he did. Also no response on whatsapp. Extremely unprofessional disgusting guy who has no ethics at all. Lost complete trust on prop tiger and now will avoid this agency like plague for future property search.
