At the time of taking loan all the team and staff of bajaj finserv were in regular contact but now when I want to talk to their customer care there is no number also there is no customer care email. I am really disappointed to see that how come they so many sales people and underwriters but they don’t have customer services to resolve the issue!!!!
I would like to advice all the people to avoid such lenders since their practices are not as per the banking standard also there are some surprise charges which will shock you later.
