RERA registered project.
Walkable distance from Whitefield railway station
Walkable distance from proposed Whitefield metro station
Near to ITPL software park
Near Sathya Sai Baba Hospital premises.
On major road itself.
Many school buses flying on this route.
Cons:
Most of the good flats were taken by landlord.
Just front side, big commercial building has been proposed which may block view.
High tension electricity line going near by.
Parking place not allotted; Neither no plans.
Party hall construction not even started (as on May 2018)
Gym hall construction not even started (as on May 2018)
Proposed Party hall, Gym at terrace.
Underground parking.
Marketing *only* ground floor and 5th floor.
Few Points:
Ground floor owner can't live in peace because of swimming pool and basket ball court next to their wall.
Unable to inspect STP. It has been locked.
Builder does not have any website !!
Claimed obtained OC but did not shown. Also not sure, how is it possible to OC without completing amenities !!
Rs.4300/- asking rate (including everything; except registration).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good apartment for affordable cost in the locality. Lot of open area and good ventilation. Nearest to Whitefield railway station and Kadugodi bus station. Metro station under construction and coming nearly. Surrounded by schools such as National Public school, Mount Litera Zee school, PNC Cognito. Hospitals such as Columbia Asia, Narayana Multi speciality and Manipal are within 5km radius.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb apartments nearby. Good staff and cooperative. Reasonable prices. They have basketball court, tennis court and a good swimming pool inside to the apartments. Good security. Good parking area. Good society.

Walkable from Kadugodi bus stand and Whitefield railway station.
Well equipped GYM, Swimming Pool, Party Hall, Badminton Court, Basket ball area is ready with good condition.
Children Play area, 24 hrs power back up, security and intercom.
