★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all the address is not 92/3, as in the cab apps if u enter it goes 200 meters ahead of actual location. Maintenance is not up to the mark. Even after you giving a hefty amount for it. People here nd watchmen over here are only the good things I hve found. Staff taking care of flat cleanliness is good for cleanning only inner part, other than that it is like Ram Bharose

Maintenance of garden and swimming pool remains to be seen as yet. Hoping better result from the managing society.
