★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment is good in terms of build quality and the maintenance. Only problem is the telephone connectivity, the houses at one side the network signals are very feable because of the closed structure of neighbouring apartments .

First when you give deposit they will take but at the time of returing they will say this and that and take 1 month rent as maintaince and 1500 more for cleaning. Not worthy place to live.. Owner is okae. But greddy for money. Better not to stay there
