★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is really good. The property stands right next to a proposed 80ft road (right now it's 40ft). The plan of the apartment is almost flawless. This is the only property after Trifecta in the area which has got a "A" katha. The price would definitely suit one's pocket. Once the metro comes up in the vicinity, the property price is definitely going to go up. You have a lot of greenery around for the moment. The builder is very amiable along with the supporting staff. He is currently working on all the amenities that he has promised. We have bi-weekly meetings where-in the builder apprises us of the status of all the work that is going on in the apartment.The flats have very good ventilation and the best part is - there is no common wall between two flats. The building quality is really good. All in all, i am one happy buyer in this apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experience we had in this apartment. Anyone who is thinking of being part of this society then will suggest think twice. All the fault side of this apartment got exposed in current rainy season. Almost 25 people lost there car because entire parking lot was submerged in water. No safety, no trained staff. Builder and People who is representing builder all are arrogant. They are good in giving false commitments. If you really want safety of your and your family, stay away from this apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, I Liked the plan very much and they have all the approvals in place. Good place to live. Lot of safety built in. The apartment has lot of open space around. There are no common walls between individual flats and I found good ventilation in most of the flats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I been there for quite some time in Retreat Signaa. The apartment is atmosphere is excellent . Very nice people to deal with them. It is good place to live there. Very spacious apartment it has lots open space kids to play there and secure place. Lot's of sports activities inside the campus also around the location and surely kids will enjoy it. Very Famous schools located in just walkable distance. I can strongly recommend this apartment to others.
