STP _ never been started since from last 3 yrs and no one is sure if it's working.
Swimming pool & washroom_ only 60% completed, no one knows when it will be completed.
Basketball court (half)- only space is present no marking, no basket fixed
Tennis court- only cemented space is present, no marking , no net poll
I don't recommend Vivek's construction builders(Mr.Bhupathi, Mr.Jayachandra Reddy ) to any one.
There are lot of hook and crook mechanism they use and do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience with my friend once the deal was confirmed but cancelled due to lot of confusions among the builder and investors. The responsible person was not available for calls and discussions. Wasted 90 days for this and finally cancelled. Think before you confirm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cancelled the deal after 3 months of sale agreement, wasted my invested time in last three months & effort by holding the registration process. The fallacy of the deal was that the sales deed was in the name of investor and the same property was done agreement with me by Builder & Investor signed on it. I put all my hard work last three months to get the interior done and I was planned to perform the house warming couple of weeks back since the investor was not traceable and was not attending builder's call hence the deal got cancelled and got the money back from builders without any delay & without compensation (they used my money for 3 months) but still to get recover from this shock and my family is totally depressed. Hope not to happen this to anyone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These apartments are little inside to the main road. Peaceful location. Good staff and cooperative. Reasonable prices. Parking is good. Good walking/Jogging area surrounding the apartments. Parking area was cleanly maintained.
