★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartment with good amenities and as per vastu..Near to Whitefield railway station and ITPL tech park. Schools are just 500 mts away (NPS, Mount litera)
Some delay due to pandemic effect..But work is in progress.
Good to go with Purchase of flats

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SS snowdrop apartment look like very good. Each flat is getting good ventilation
But all amenities are pending. Main thing is bescom connection not completed
1) No permanent power connections provided.
2) STP not installed, 3 - lifts yet to install.
3) Water connections left incomplete.
4) Building Painting left incomplete.
5) Parking area completion, Kids play area, Swimming pool, land scaping.
6) CC cameras and intertelecom facility not started as of now.
7) Gym, party hall, Compound area and common area lighting.
8) nothing provided yet.
9) Due to power fluctuation everyone lost 30000 rupees electronic items in ss snowdrop apartment.
10) Each flat facing water seepage problems in ss snowdrop society and water seepage problem started at parking area, ss snowdrop is look like now beggers sathram.
11) Cleaning not doing Properly.
12) No quality of plumbing and electrical work
13) Each month builder is charging 2000 rupees powerbill, Now we are staying here with bescom temporary connection.
14) SS snowdrop apartment has been started at 2017 year , But till now its not completed.
Rera Has been expired at 30-03-2021. But builders are not taking any responsibility.All flat owners are taking serious actions for rera complainant, filing consumer court case against builders and planning to take criminal case against builders.
These apartment Included totally 126 flats. C block owned by land owners and land owners did case against on builders.
Could you please look into Builders tree has follows
Main builder from hyderabad .2 marketing persons and 2 investors are here.
Note: Don't trust builder and builder partners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall very good project and indeed budget friendly comparing to nearby apartments in same locality. Excellent ventilation and spacious flats..
Pros:
1. Location (schools, club house, markets,connectivity,Hotels,malls )
2. Building quality ( except few minor air cracks nothing much)
3. Amenities( progressing as per commitment letter)
4. Spacious flats
5. excellent ventillation.
6. Representatives of builders r always approachable and listening to concerns if any.
7. good spacious parking.
8.no water problem so far.
Cons:
1. slight delay but acceptable due to pandemic situation.
Nothing much.
I'm writting this after seeing a few reviews mentioned here...
I am the first one to take possession and representatives have provided me enough support whenever I approached..
There is slight delay in amenities and besom connection but Considering the prevailing pandemic situations and labour issues delay of 3 months is acceptable for me. Builders and their representatives r always approachable and have recently given dates for completion with commitment letter also..
I could see progress also as per the letter. I have purchased this flats in 2017 end when ground floor slab works were in progress and taken poccession on Oct 2020.

Only thing is builder is delaying amenities……….. hoping these will completed in coming days.
