★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They would never refund your deposit I think. I have been following up with them to get my refund for the flat I vacated on October 2020 and till today I haven't received the refund from them. Whenever I contact them they respond that we would get back to you and we will expediate however they never refunded my hard earned money yet.
This is very unprofessional and I think if you choose to rent out a property from these guys be very careful with your choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud Company. We rented an apartment from them and vacated it long back. They promised us that they will refund the deposit money after 45days and now they are not even responding. Going to take legal action against these people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We moved from Mangalore 1 year ago and were finding difficulty in getting a house in Electronic city within our budget as we did not have enough money to pay owner deposit of 9 months. A friend of mine who was staying in Whitefield recommended me Imran of Propurban. We called him and the same day he arranged for 3 properties inspection and finalized the property which we left 15 days ago. He was very helpful and the best thing was that the company charged only 4 months deposit and they accepted the payment in 2 installments. I have received my deposit money within 8 days after we vacated the property. The cleaning charges were bit costly but due to coronavirus there are not many people who come to service you. I recommend Propurban for those people who come from other places. thank you Mr.Imran

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guys, be aware this frauds.They charged unnecessary from your security when vacate and will give you false hope to return your money in 10 working days but they will make you cry for your own money and the worst part of all of it is their executive will not take your calls, they won't answer to your emails. They charged 27000/- from my security but till now 4 Month has been over and I didn't got my own amount. Be aware, and it's a strict suggestion from an unsatisfied and frustrated customer who made a mistake while taking flat on rent from PropUrban. They all are cheaters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Irresponsible and incompetent company with a management who should quit their jobs and would be better off in slums. I have been residing in Bangalore for over 2 years and have given out a huge amount as deposit. Now they just refuse to pay up.
Their website says "Forget about exhorbitant deposits and difficult landlords or the pain of house maintenance and having to remind your tenants for the rent on time every month. Professional, transparent and verified, upgrade your renting experience today!" which they in no way has lived up to.
Your CEO should return his honors and be booked in, because I really think these people are fraudsters. Don't fall into their trap if you're new and if you are an existing resident, start asking for your deposits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frauds! They won’t pay your security deposit back. Neither do they answer your calls or emails. Staffs were unprofessional to me and yelled at me when I went to their office asking for my deposit back.
