★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I visited two of their projects- Park Square and Sunworth, I really liked the response of managers at the projects. Also, a lot of my friends suggested Provident. it is a brand localities trust.
I have visited two of their apartments. Best part is, they are really airy, the views around the place are nice too, plus the space of the apartments is also good! I believe it's the right place I got my money invested.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunate owner of provident Neora Sales people vanish after booking amount is made false promises , crm team is hired directly from SBI bank or some corrupt govt department paying emis and this project doesn’t seem to get to finish , stretched deadlines 4 times they have setting with rera internally . All they know is to promptly add late payment fees to the loan disbursement shamelessly. Ironically they themselves are running late ! Suggest people to buy land and build house in the same amount and live tension free life .
