★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I own a flat in Salarpuria Opus. The sales team has shown us a model flat which has open balcony. Our floor was not constructed at that time and now they have made few floors with closed balcony (RCC instead of iron railings). This was not informed to us and we noticed when called for inspection. I have tried talking to the sales team and customer relationship team but they are hand-wavy in their replies . This is misleading the customer, giving falsified information and plainly cheating on the part of the builder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While purchasing residential flat, ensure what is not given by them and you need to do yourself. They don't tell you that voluntarily. They also say after handing over that they have the right to deviate from model flat that they show you during marketing talk. In my case they have not fitted kitchen granite, any kitchen water valves, sink, bathroom geysers, geyser valves. A good builder should say in offer advertisement what they're not giving at the sale price.
