no work life balance,
manner less leads and managers ,
limited internet access,
leads and managers don't know how to educate low performers rather than blaming,
these ppl mindset is like they only developed AX. etc...
Plz leads don't showoff your talent with others and degrade them.
suggestion to the company plz give PDP , team building and team managing training for leads and managers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 3 round was worst, that guy behave like arrogant, Seriously telling those type of one person is enough to get bad impression for any company. when I was replying project manager stopped me in mid and asking for another questions and seeing here and there. Looks like unprofessional behavior. Also HR Is not aware of the policy of company. She told me we can conduct interview only face to face not telephonic possible and not skype after 1st round.
