I visited them for my eye power calculation and spectacles both.
As I got the spectacles...It didn't suit me.. because power calculation was done wrong....so I had to get a second opinion and the report was different.
I went back to PS optics for change of lenses..they gave me SCRATCHED lens..
Very Poor Service..both power calculation and spectacles..very bad...

Sitting on the chair as a patient, I would be able to "Subjectively Accept" only that Prescription which I would be exposed to. I can't dictate the service provider to try other power options.
Now you note the following please:
1. When I returned with a different prescription, it was my third visit to PS Optics.
Earlier, I had to get my prescription from them twice, on Feb 2 and Feb 8. But I didn't get it right on both occasions. On Feb 8 , I told them that I am not comfortable even with the revised pescription for the left eye, they told me that my left eye has become weak, has cylindrical power also and I needed practice with the spectacles.
Only when I had to visit an ophthalmologist for a second opinion after practicing for a week, I got to know that my eye was not as weak as I was told by the people at PS Optics.
2. As I got my spectacles as per the second prescription from the ophthalmologist, I was satisfied and returned. My only mistake was that I did not look up at the condition of the glass at the store. I did it at home. All scratched- hence this review. If I had checked the same on the store, I would have returned the glasses.
3. On Feb 8, during my second visit, I paid for the revised prescription also even though it was not my fault that I was not given the right one during my first visit on Feb 2.
4. I got my spectacles on next day and not the same day, after requesting a lot.. They were wanting 3 days.
5. I have been wearing glasses for 10 years, So I know that glasses give immediate comfort as soon as they are worn. I couldn't wear them for the last couple of months, so I believed them about my eye needing practice.
6. When I went to them with a different prescription, I was told that I was not patient, did not practice enough and other things like that. But I never reciprocated in the same way on their face.
I do not wish to visit you again, so closing this on this forum.

Best and quick service. Got my spectacles in just half an hour. Highly skilled technician.
