★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean from inside, is on a narrow one way road. Has 2 gates for entry. The side gate is for vehicular movement. The balconies are very close to the next building.flats are spacious and well built.
Big market is very near and in walking distance.
Is situated right in heart of Indira nagar.
Has duplex apartment on ground floor.
Has a nestaway apartment as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a huge construction in the middle of the the crowded locality. This shows the greedyness of the owner, who doesn't have any civic sense. Wonder how the Governmant has sanctioned the plan with an approach road, which is not even 20'. The apartment's transformers is in the right angle road, posing a major threat to the.houses in the neighborhood. Added to this, the apartment workers vehicles block the road.
Even ambulances cannot access the road.
