I've had a hard time keeping a therapist over the past few years. Making the time or going in person was always challenging for me because of my tight job schedule. I was having a lot of trouble and so I went to Miss Richhee Patil for counselling. I wasn't expecting to feel so noticed. I was burned out from a toxic job environment, and generally feeling chaotic and out of control. Miss Richhee Patil has been a huge help to me on this road, and I'm confident that she will continue to do so. She's been so compassionate and upbeat. Every visit is something I look forward to. All I can say is that I wish I'd discovered Miss Richhee sooner. Miss Richhee helped clarify and articulate the origins of my deeply ingrained patterns of negative and self-defeating thinking, which was crucial in allowing her to collaborate with me on developing practical ways for loosening their hold. When she needs to be assertive and constructively confront, she is patient and empathetic. This mix of empathy and examination of my negative discernment was quite beneficial to me.

She questions me and it makes me reflect on what’s going on. she has a wide perspective & knows how to get to the bottom of whatever the issue may be. she is extremely efficient and timely with her advice. Urgent messages are answered rather quickly. ..I just started therapy but she has already helped me so much.

I noticed a dramatic shift in my negative thoughts/beliefs very quickly with Richhee. I loved that she gave me tools to work towards healthier states of mind, rather than just listening to what I had to say, which I have experienced with other professionals. I'm so thankful to have had her as my counselor for just about a years time. I would highly recommend her I’m looking forward to continuing to work with Richhee.

She makes the entire interaction very meaningful and leaves every session at a positive note with something to ponder and look after. She believes in positively reinforcing things in right direction and have desired outcomes and helps in achieving them. She is an amazing counselor and can be completely trusted to solve any challenge we face. I had some amazing sessions with her and can surely recommend her.
