★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travelled with pubali tours and travels to Rajasthan during October 2019. Awesome experience ???. Total 44 person travelled with them. All r highly satisfied. Good hotel, food, well planning and site seeing also done as per promised. Thank u pubali. Specially thanks to cooks, manager shintu and the owner Sri Samit Jana.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most unptofessional Travel Agent I have ever seen in my life. I always preffered to Travle with my own plan, but for Kerala I opted for Pubali Tours and Travle after seeing few good reviewed as lot of people told me about the food and language problem in Kerala. I had some physical problem in final moment and had to travel by Flight, hence informed them to cancel my train ticket 10 days prior to the juouney. But the travel agent cancelled the ticket within 48 hours and I had to bear additional 800 for the extra cancellation change..though I informed him and reminded well in advance multiple times. We had plan to stay in Munnar for 2 nights. The travel agent booked 2 different hotels for munnar stay which were in 1 km proximity from each other. We were 2 groups. View wise our hotel was better than the other one, hence the other group started complaining about it. Hence the travle agent left munnar next day to perrier to manage the other group by leaving us in munnar. We told the travel agent to shift the other group in our hotel if they want better view, but as he had the problem to manage 2 different parties in 2 different hotels, he left munnar next day with other group. Munnar was the main attraction for us, hence we were supposed to follow the pre decided plan. Hence- to sort out the problem, we decided to stay another day in munnar and join the gorup in perrier next day. Travle agent assured us to reimburse the amount of cab for munnar to perrier as he left us in munnar. But after returning to kolkata, he is denying to pay us the amount a d telling that its your problem, I cant do anything for it. Hence my suggestion will be , please choose any other travle agent , dont go with Pubali tours and travles, they are ok kind of Travle agent in terms of short weekend tours , but fails to manage large group with proper management
