★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The OPD Service here is good, it is a one stop solution, you get good list of doctors and if any pathological / radiological test you need to do you can do it here and again take the reports and meet the doctors as scheduled, no need to go anywhere else. A full package of healthcare services. They also have home collection and home delivery services, I liked the place for their updated Service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly professional except was asked by male at Reception whether I had an appointment. When I rang the previous day for an appointment I was told they did not book appointments and just to walk in during opening hours, which I did. Did not have to wait long for scan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a good setup with all updated machines, I liked the centre as my doctor was satisfied with the quality of both radiology and pathology reports, staffs are very soft spoken and they give reports on same day, I would request all to visit the centre once you require to get a test done

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the staffs are well versed with knowledge of all the types of test conducted at the center and their behaviour is also very good. They respond to the people in a very polite way. I met few of the specialist doctors at centre and i can say that they treat patients properly and their behaviour is also too good. They always try to talk to the patient in frindly manner so that patients does not hesitate to talk about things they are facing. I am really thankful to all the fraternity of pulse health for taking good care of patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My consultant physician suggested me this healthcare and I am really thankful to him for the same. I went to pulse Diagnostic for an MRI and ct-scan and I got appropriate reports which helps my doctor to proper diagnosis. All staffs are very co operative and the centre is very clean and maintained also in this pandemic situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular visitor of this center as I have to visit my gynaecologist and dermatologist, I also have to do some pathological tests. So what I do is collect my reports when I go to visit my docs. They deliver reports as promised and my doctors are also very satisfied with the reports. The front office staff are very good and well-behaved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for my Mother's MRI, annoying staff, i filled a form in English and disclosed all medical information, even then the ground floor receptionist insisited on asking me all questions again in Hindi orally. I told her to read the form I had filled but she did not do that and kept going on like a robot. She kept asking if i had 'Mattal' I told her i didn't understand. But she kept repeating 'Mattal'. After 5 minutes i realised maybe she means 'Metal'. They need better educated staff. If u talk in English to them, they reply in Hindi (also on phone while making reports enquiry). After she was done, and after MRI was done, the MRI technician started asking same questions already answered in the form. Ridiculous.
Overall a Very average place. Not as upmarket as NM Medical Centre, though they charge the same amount.The interiors are totally 1990's. Apparently their 3T MRI machine is better than the rest but i don't know how. It was a very small machine, smaller than the one at NM Medical and Kokilaben Hospital, hensforth, i will go somewhere else.

This bodes well for the future. On the day of the visit, the person who came to check was very pleasant and professional. I was also able to reach her without problem the next day on the phone for further information. The report reached me very quickly. Good job!
