Utter non sense this place is,
no professionalism,
The staff employed at the reception do nothing but giggle and eat, and talk to their boyfriends calling them babu Sona.. I went there at 8:30 am and the girls sitting didn’t co ordinate with the radiologist and the other staff doing my test, I was the only patient present, and there was no sign of breakfast I did my pre meal check up at 8:45 and breakfast was given to me at 9:45 because there was no co-ordination..
It’s a request to all from me to ignore this place it’s good for nothing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cashless facility is not available though the centr is situated at very posh locality but still a he advanced facility of payment is not made available.
1. That’s very sad I have to walk for half a kilometre to withdraw cash. Since I he SBI ATM not functioning .
2. Patients keep waiting for half an hour. It is really bad that at the time of pregnancy women’s have to wait for this long.
3 . I advice the mangement should take note of this and do the needful in the interest of patients who are visiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic- the staff and the doctor
Firstly they take advance payment, and then for a thing like usg where you need to drink lots of water, they make you wait for long. And when you enquire about your turn, they have the audacity to say that come day after, doctor has gone home. We had to literally shout to get the doctor back. How flimsy and careless of a woman she is. Moreover, the way she was conducting the usg, as if patient is some untouchable. Human connect is in the negative. ?
The reports came and I was astonished as how the doctor didnt even discuss for 2min coz the report showed fibroids.
I had to get usg done at two other places to confirm I had fibroid or not. In 3-4days span i got my usg done n to my shock, reports were normal.
I felt like questioning this doctor at Pulse but then I had no time to waste on such useless people. Coz of ppl like you the general public is losing faith in doctors. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First setup to provide seafarers medicals at Nagpur, my company was satisfied with the report and entire procedure. They provide a very detailed analysis.
setup is clean and well organised, staff is polite and very cooperative.
Examination Process takes less time than what it takes at Mumbai or Delhi.
It saves lot of precious family time of Nagpur’s seafarers. All seafarers from Nagpur and nearby area should ask their companies to conduct medicals here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mentioned time for the centre to start are from 8.15am from morning.. but the radiologist does not start taking the patients untill its 11.30am.. incorrect information is given on the site.. it becomes very uncomfirtable for the pregnant ladies to have their schedule planned with the doctor's opd timmings.. though the services and the radiologist is very good at their jobs but the timmings are very inconvinient...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful experience with Pulse Diagnostic. Dr. Trupti Atre was a wonderful and first D.G. approved doctor in Vidharbha region. As a marine background she know how to accelerate total medical investigation in very quick time.The staff was always helpful and kind. They ensured my whole medical checkup should be within stipulated time. It tooks hardly 3hrs for complete medical checkup . I am so glad I choose Pulse imaging and diagnostic centre and would highly recommend to anyone and specially seafarers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful experience with Pulse Diagnostic center. Thanks to Dr. Trupti Atre madam who is having very good knowledge about shipping that's why all process was very fast. And because of Dr Trupti first DG approved doctor in Vidharbha region ,don't need to go to Mumbai , Delhi or Kolkatta just for doing medicals. Just in second visit always helping staff is knowing me. Thanks again.
