★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE STAFF PROVIDED FALSE INFO,THEY TOLD ME THAT THE SPECIFIC MEDICINE IS AVAILABLE BUT AFTER REACHING THEIR STORE I FOUND I WAS MISGUIDED ,THE MEDICINE WAS NOT AVAILABLE .
SO I RATED 1 STAR...!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is okk..Good collection of pet foods,collar,chain,food bowl,grooming kits etc. They usually does not have stocks of drools products. Parsonaly I do not like the attitilude of too much professionalism of the staffs. It is very hard to come by well manared people in this business. My dog has some health issues regarding heat stroke. Doc prescribed NS for over 15 days with some medicine. When took my dog again for checkup he prescribed again NS for 15 days. My dog was completely fine. Feeding by himself so I does not continue. Every one related to this business should stop seeing a customer as a cash vending machine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner Mr Atanu Ganguly is a well professional in pet industry as well as very friendly. Through out the year 24×7 service has been provided by pulse pet shop. Also some highly experienced doctors are available hear along with OT facility. So I strongly recommend Pulse Pet Shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our Lab was suffering from Hematoma in left ear in the last month. Many people suggested to operate and no other way. But then Atanu da from Pulse Pet Shop prescribed one medicine and assured to get the recovery by that medicine only within 2 weeks. We are very thankful to him that this really worked and our pet is back to normal now. Not only that all kind of medicines, foods and toys for pets are easy available at fare Market Price in this shop. He is very well behaved and supportive.
