★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here for my daughter birth registration as it was somehow missed by the responsible. Thrice I went to the Hadapsar ward office to check for the birth certificate and they always said go to tilak ward office.
1st experience in tilak ward office was not good as the officials were on leave and internet wasn't working ?. 2nd time it get done with half an hour wait/hussle without any hassle.
Few things to remember:
1. Birth & Death registration office timing is 11 am but you can still wait till 12?
2. If your baby registration is not done then carry hospital receipt also because instead of checking records from their end they ask us to provide the proof. If this is the case then you also need to fill the yellow form they will just update the details in system and give you the registration number then you can collect certificate from your local ward office. (Yellow form is just for baby name updation)
3. For baby details correction you just need to give them a certificate with the corrected remarks
4. Last and the most its a typical government office

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited and spend ४-५ hours for the mistake done by them during data entry also Official who has to do certificate corrections was not present on duty.
Very bad behavior of employees they always says that internet speed is down or server is down and come on other day.
