Visited on Thursday when ther was no rush in the restaurant at all still service was very late, you need to call the waiter every time. Very very expensive food with low quality. Please don't waste money in visiting to this restaurant. Masala papad for Rs.225 and Mineral water for Rs.300.

Sweet Lassi at Punjab Grill is love! It's a little over priced is what I feel. However, it's a good place to have a nice yumilicious punjabi meal! Costs somewhere around INR 1500 for two.

The place is way too expensive and caters to the 1% rich. I don't think having 225 rupees for a Masala Papad and 525 rupees for Dal Tadka is the best way to go forward. Please check your pockets before dining in there :)

Went there yesterday. Had phoned in beforehand to ask whether they will serve sarson ka saag and since they said yes, the table had been booked. Sorry to say but it was Palak ka saag being passed on as sarson ka saag with very mediocre taste. Even when we complained, the dish was taken back from the table to the kichen and when it came back a few minutes later, it tasted even worse as onion had now been added into the dish. We left without eating what had already been served. If you go here, please avoid this dish. Complete flop show by people who don’t know how this dish is supposed to taste like and what it’s ingredients should be.

Food was good but too expensive. Stuffed cream kulcha was nice. Butter gralic prawns wasn’t that great. Chicken lababdaar was good in taste as well as quantity. Ambience was nice.

My experience at the Punjab Grill, Lower Parel Phoenix Mall was not up to the mark. I would rate it 2.5 stars maximum. Firstly the waiting time was very high even when there were empty tables inside, no one cleaned those table so that we could go and have lunch. Waited for 20 mins just for the to clean the tables. Food taste was not good- Biryani was overcooked, rajma were over boiled only sweets were good, but service was very slow. It took almost 30-40 minutes for food to arrive. The bill included mandatory Service Charge of 10%, which you will have to ask them to reduce from your official bill and even GST is charged over and above all the bill including on the Service Charge. Food is not cheap here, it is costly. If you are trying to apply any coupon (Dineout or Zomato Pro), then they won't even remove the service charge and make it Mandatory as it is mentioned in their terms and conditions. Not a good experience here. Can definitely improve on the service, food and customer experience.

Average Food | Good Ambience | Worth a VISIT Punjab Grill has 7 outlets across Mumbai. The one we went was present inside Phoenix Palladium Mall which is the biggest mall in Mumbai. So, its obviously worth a visit, not only for the dining experience but also for the shopping experience. Now coming to the Punjab Grill Restaurant experience. I've booked the table for 7 using Dineout (All thanks to Dineout Passport ☺). One can simply WALK-IN and book their tables. We've ordered the following: For Non-Vegetarians- Tandoor Roti, Multigrain Roti, Garlic Naan, Chicken Dum Biryani, Dhaniya Mirchi ka Kukkad. For Vegetarians- Tandoor Roti, Paneer Tikka Multani, Butter Paneer Punjab Grill 1965, toddy, and few other mocktail drinks... The starters and Roti/Naan items were good. The Dum Biryani was well cooked but my taste palates are a bit biased towards biryani from Andhra Pradesh/Telangana ☺. The main course curries including Dhaniya Mirchi ka Kukkad and Butter Paneer Punjab Grill 1965 were NOT as spiced as expected. The Paneer one has more tomatoes in them giving it a tangy, sweet and sour flavour. If you like spicy foods then let them know this beforehand. I usually never eat the gravy/sauce of the curry in any restaurant but here I ate because I liked the way they have used minimum spices in their preparation. Apart from the food and drinks, the ambience and the staff behaviour was outstanding. Actually we went there to celebrate one of our friend's birthday and the staff arranged the cake turn table and the in house DJ played a couple of Happy Birthday Songs (NOT the regular one ☺☺). As mentioned before, I've used Dineout for reservation and the payment was done through the same. Using Dineout Passport we could bring down the equation from 2200 for 2 to 1500 for 2. Thanks for reading this far. Bon Appétit So in short it was a complete package for us. This is NOT a paid/promotional review. PC: Shreeya
