★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The main thing is lack of proper planning and harasment to the people standing outside the bank from the morning to the afternoon.. Really they do not have any proper management to co -ordinate and bad behaviour of staffs...in this pandemic situation... Just imagine the general people in this so hot temperature standing outside for hours... Many of them get faint Or have sun strokes... Worst bank... Worst infrastructure... Worst staffs... ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The branch manager cannot provide proper information to the customers. I took a personal loan of Rs.500000.00 one and half years ago. Before the sanction of the loan manager and his assistant told me that there was no hiding charges; but a day after the sanction the bank charged me more than Rs. 10500.00. I made a complaint to the manager but he had no satisfactory answer. After one year the bank charged me again about Rs.600. Again the same manager had no satisfactory answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was United Bank of India, after merger now Punjab National Bank. Very slow. Even when we are talking about digital india, the branch is not having any phone, mobile or email for its account holders. Lockers are available, but forms for rent of lockers are not available. The concerned officer has no knowledge about it.
