★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to wait for 2 months for my account to be opened as the employees of the bank are too lazy to process my application, everyday I went to the bank same thing was said "Ho jayega aj", I applied for ATM card and cheque book by filling up the form and submitted to them, and was told to visit after 10 days, I visited after 10 days 5 times, they said your card has not yet been received by us, after almost 1 month I was said that application has not been done. I resubmitted the application. 15 days later I went to the bank and same reply, I spoke to the manager regarding this and the manager said to me that I was lying and all people make mistake, we also made a mistake by losing your application, so nothing can be done. He behaved very badly with me and later also behaved badly with my senior citizen father. Extraordinary bad experience from this place. Would request all to look for better options where atleast senior citizens are given some respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude And Uncultured Branch Manger Avinash Kumar. He Don't Know How to behave with customer, he given me wrong information and miss sales pitch. evne he said wrong locker charge and locker security deposit. Make it private bank as soon as then thay will give proper service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is extremely incompetent as they'll ask you fill forms/letters, but never go through with it. Applied for ATM card, didn't get processed. Asked to close my account, still not closed. I don't know why they cannot get simple things done. Their service is extremely bad. For every small thing they need you come and visit the home branch everytime. They do not even have the yellow complaint register that every branch is required to have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well apart from my experience I would suggest to come here and open an account as this bank's location is very good and not too much crowded bank at all. But the problem is though there are sufficient employees they are too busy at gossiping with each other and too lazy that they will not do your work immediately, you have to wait in the queue unnecessarily plus the female cashier all time gossiping with another employee and we the customer are in the queue waiting for closing the gossip. Plus the manager all time busy in the phone. Not very satisfied at all but what should we do nothing is in our hand. Just expect that one day a good employee will come and will solve all our problems. Bankers job is to satisfy their customer but here no sign of satisfaction and branch manager is incapable to manage the bank
