★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service not good. Staff behaviour is disgusting. After waiting outside the restaurant for more than 2 hours, they didn't even know how to pamper the customers. They won't offer you even water if you don't order any food. Food quality is not much good, every item is very very oily , and they don't even give much stuffing in fried rice or noodles. They charge too high for the dishes.price is like an 3* or 4* restaurant but their food doesn't match that price. Overall conclusion , it is just an ordinary local restaurant which sees customers as money ?. And thus they don't get any repeat customers. 5 years ago this was just an ordinary restaurant of birati.in these recent years they have gained much popularity no doubt. But they should know big reputation comes with big responsibility. Hope they will improve their services, staff behaviour, food quality and quantity.and also do something with their washroom. No proper washroom and waiting room are there.it is also an big issue. I wish they consider this as an feedback rather than a complaint.thank you.
