★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is very poor. Unfriendly staff. If your account is in other branch they simply send the customer out by saying your account is in our branch go to your home branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be good bank in 2006, I went in 2015 to get a a duplicate debit card and guess what the officer is on leave for 15 daysan she didn't handover his duty to anyone. Lot of people complaining about this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not easy to open an Account here for a normal person. I went with my father to open his account but they said they won't open the account unless we start with Rs. 5000.
Whereas Rs. 1000 is sufficient to open a saving account. :/
That was not a professional way to behave.
But they beahve like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic bank. They have ruined the reputation of a national Bank, not once but evry time I visit here. Their lunch time never gets over. They don't bother. Not at all honest with their own job.
