★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ill trained staff,said I could not pay the bill of my broadband using account number and bill can only be paid using landline(and i had a standalone connection).Ultimately I had to call the customer care and made them talk to the customer care executive,and then they accepted payment using account number!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These morons are one of the most irritating Airtel guys. I went there to upgrade into 4G SIM but they started asking me my ADHAAR Number so that they could open my Airtel Payment bank account.
Upgrading into 4G SIM is absolutely free but they took Rs. 25 for that.
Could anything be done to teach them lesson? ??
