★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The VI care person over here just tries to manipulate you, be sure to check with VI customer care if whatever he is saying is true or is actually required.
Once I went there to port my BSNL SIM to VI, he told it needs to be ported to a postpaid SIM for the address to verified. He simply won't allow me to port to a prepaid SIM
If anyone from VI is reading this, please put some honest employees on your store or risk losing your customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the store to change my sim ownership, the staff there insisted that I had to change to a post paid SIM for that.
I checked with the customer care and they told me that such procedures are not required.
I expected much more sincere and honest staffs from VI.
