β β β β β The staff are not bothered about their customers. My accounts with OBC Mapusa Branch were transferred to this branch after the amalgamation of OBC into PNB and the difference was immediately visible. Contemplating closing my accounts with them (account's I've held since Global Trust Bank days). Today, the 14th of October 2021. It's 14:40hrs and not a single clerk is on their seats to attend to the customers waiting here. Lunch time is between 13:30 and 14:30hrs
