★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the only and first PNB (Punjab National Bank branch in the locality. The bank has all amenities like various deposit schemes, various types of loan facilities etc. The bank has passbook update machines and one atm machine. The only problem of this bank is they have very poor internet connection and customers of this bank face "no- link/ link fail" problem often and the bank has no wheelchair accessible entrance and parking so the disable persons may face the problem. Positive thing of this pnb branch which I have noticed that employees are very cooperative.

PNB ATM
I found that, ATM had no motion sensor enability doors, ATM had no Braille keypads , the ATM did not have magnifying glasses for the persons with low vision, ATM had no handrails at the entrance and last but not the least the ATM did not have seating arrangement for special need person.
Now I would like to discuss the matters in details, we marked the wheelchair icon " WHEELCHAIR ICON" with marking "^" for PASSED and "X" for FAILED .....

Costomer survice is really bad. Not done there work properly. I applied for my student credit card loan in this bank but they rejected it. Although I'm a account holder of this bank. They take all the financial details of my coborrower which is absolutely not necessary in student credit card loan application. And after the rejection of my loan they don't even return my application, that I can reapply for my loan in an another bank. I complain to the bank but they don't even took any action. They told me to email my complain but which email id they provide me that is not valid.
I must say that this is a really really a worst bank... They are not even solve any problem of any coustomer.
