★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good stuffs. Workers are very fast. Update machine may something not in working condition. Lockers available here. Account opening process is very fast. At a time 3 counters are open for withdrawal and deposit. Place is very small. Normal time it was very much congested.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Punjab National Bank is the worst bank in the history of all banks. Not a single person knows what they are doing and how to do things. They have absolutely no decency or respect for other people. They do not care about anything or anyone. Service should be rated negatively. If not by coincidence I would never want this bank to be even remotely related to my life. Every single person I know hates Punjab National Bank. And this branch has the worst of all staff. You have to come 10-15 days and wait each day for 4-5 hours and still your work will not get done even if the work is so small like applying for a new ATM card. You have to submit a new KYC form every time you want to do anything new or little. New pass book - Submit Kyc. Two days later you need New ATM card - Submit Kyc again. One day later you need New Checkbook - Submit Kyc again. Also sometimes the staff refuses service on your face like they don't care and are also very very abusive. When you say something they just plainly ignore you with their riled up ego and your opinion is absolutely baffled upon. We have to act like we have to worship them day and night for a very miniature service. Punjab National Bank complaint number does not work. People of age 70+ go there and stand for hours, are constantly abused, and even then not a single work gets done. It is the worst bank ever. I will upload videos about this bank on YouTube.
