★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are providing worst service, all PNB employees behaviour are rude, they are treating their customers as servant. It was my big mistake that I opened an account in this bank.
From my side a big zero for this bank, specially for their employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is really good and the staffs are very cooperative. I have seen here a layman getting help from a professional staff personnel. One unique thing which I noticed here is online cheque deposit mechine and the good thing is that it was in working condition. Self passbook update mechine is also available here which can only be availed during the office hour. An ATM mechine is also attached with the bank which is open 24×7 but I am not sure whether cash is available most of the time. The Ambience is really good with sitting arrangements. There is also a self service cell but I have no idea about it.
