★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here to access my locker with them. When I got there, the networks were down and hence they said they could not access the locker (you don't need network to access locker :)). The manager was absent and after discussing for over 10 minutes with the dumb wits here, they finally realized that they could allow us to access the locker after asking for an entry in the register(which clearly had my photos and locker information filled in).
The employees were not wearing a mask, and after waiting for over 40 minutes in this dangerous environment, they finally let me through.
No focus on cleanliness, safety of customers. Convenience went out the window. I'm closing my Indusind accounts (worth a lot of money) and I'd recommend you do the same as soon as you can.
