Nice staff good services. ensure to get your KYC done at your home branch before visit , and don't forget to carry Aadhar Card.

Very Poor service. I have doubt on their qualification, how they are hired into like a big bank. Last 6-8 month they are just passing ball and not even to try to solve the customer issues. If you are planned your day with this branch for your account then they will crash your all day for solving single/minor issue. Or call for another visit with some stupid details.

I'm unable to contact the bank using the phone number given on Google. That's the biggest concern because a lot of information exchange should be happening over call itself to efficiently manage people's time. I am trying to open a current account with the bank but it's been a very slow process. Reason being - a) the back and forth in correct documentation; b) the requirement for signatures in the presence of the officials. A lot of these processes can be streamlined if the information exchange can happen over a phone call instead of the client having to personally visit the bank, wait there in the line (long line) and then finding out just information. Don't go here ever! It's understaffed and work moves at snail's pace. Apathetic staff, printer, server, huge bottlenecks.
