★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laziest staffs!! They literally took 1 week to do my forex transaction while my friends did their within one day. Further, They provided me a debit card without activating it.They r always so in hurry they tend not to listen. I made a huge mistake opening my account there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very lazy. No coordination. For 1 work have to reach almost all counters and nobody give the final answer that which staff will do your work. I found only Mr. Dheeraj helpful person in the whole bank. They dont want to work even when the crowd is negligible.

Account holder in branch since laat 30 years but young gen is useless . After handing over all KYC document which already available, but they freezed my pension account without any call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have account in this branch but I live out of delhi so visited branch for cheque book but staff was on holiday. I gave application when Senior manager assured to arrange to deliver it by courier. Now, almost nine months over but no sign of cheque book.
I called Senior Manager for three months every 3-4 days who kept on giving assurances and excuses together.
May God not give them similar frustrating experiences.
