★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service... The emloyees are mostly interested in tea time at 11 am eating kachori aloo at 11:30 am.. then a group lunch at 2 pm.. in between they only chit chat or crib about server down..
They somehow manage to waste your time by forgetting to verify something or another and letting you restart the process again n again.. a classic system of useless people...
This review is after spending 4 hours here for 2 consecutive days for just account closure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place has a board that says "No Lunch Break". Still they do not entertain any customers from 2:00 pm to 2:45 pm stating that is it lunch time. I am given to understand that they must take breaks in shifts and attend to clients. Pathetic service and attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst services, they miss guide the customer first sending them one counter to another counter because no staff wants to work or solve the query of their customer. Feels like they also don’t know the process of their work.
After waiting 3 hours since morning at 2pm they argued it’s a lunch time will check your query after we had lunch.
This is the case of senior citizen....how the bank staff treat them.

Low grade staffs, low grade environment.
I felt so much of regret that why I opened my account there.
I suggest everybody plz not to open any account in this branch.

But unfortunately I have taken wrong decision to be with this bank no service no reply of my problem.I m waiting for my debit card for the last around three months. Always set reply will reach u soon.All employees are sitting there are very rude other than officers. They have nothing to do with customers Till date waiting for miracles to have my debit cards. Very very sad I am talking about pnb cp n block
