★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hopeless bank. The deposit machine isn't working since 3 months. The passbook printing facility is unavailable since a long time. The ATM machine doesn't work properly most of the time. And though being the main branch of Siliguri, still it doesn't even adequate number of staffs at cash counter. Just hopeless bank.
