★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most incompetent branch i have ever been to in my life so far.. where to start from 1) Non of the passbook entry machines are working.
2) Branch Employees are rude to customers.
3) Barcode machines is not working.
Basically there is no way you can get entries in your bassbook.
When is asked the bank manager.. she asked me to download the PNB E-PASSBOOK APP but even that app is useless.. as it's not sending OPT To my registration mobile no.
