They understood the problem and instead of shaving (because of winters) they patiently brushed out her matting!
Super impressed, my fur baby loved it absolutely!

It was her first time visiting a grooming center and she's not fond of baths but kudos to the folks here they made her very comfortable and were very attentive and treated her like their own. The owner also discussed meals, the personal attention is great and I would recommend everyone to visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad. The staff came to my place to do the haircut of my Shih Tzu and he messed up big time. Entirely uneven. They sent just one person so I had to be there to manage my pet. Totally disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend this grooming centre. Its not a huge one but they know their work. I took an appointment before going and hence didn't experience any waiting too. I have a poodle toy and took him today for a wash and haircut and within no time they made him a smart boy. I am extremely happy with the service and Its pocket friendly too. Will visit again soon. Thank you so much.

Lyra had severe matting on her coat and Ravi Raj, the groomer, attended very patiently to all her needs and did a great job.
Rahul, the owner also was on constant supervision the entire time.
Will certainly visit again for all further grooming requirements for our Lyra and also would recommend to others who are looking for patient and detailed service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my 3 month old kitten to them for grooming and had an amazing experience. Though there was only one person there (as the cashier and the groomer), the service provided was well. The person trimmed my cat's nails, cleaned her ears properly, bathed her and also trimmed her hair with care. He seemed to have affection for animals. The shop is a little small and congested but the job done was good. Recommend this place to others too.
