★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has everything to make your weekend an amazing experience. The food is delicious and meets all the hygiene standards. The staff in the kitchen (Mr. Raj and Mr. Ajeet and their whole team) tries their best to make your meal a memorable experience and helps you meet your dietary requirements if requested. The rooms are super clean with an on toes staff who is ready to help you with literally anything. You have a gym, indoor play room and a swimming pool. On request there is a personal bone fire and dinner that you can get arranged for yourself in the garden or rooftop over looking the hills around .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a very new property but the team is very efficient. Property is so well maintained that you can't complaint for anything. The whole staff team is very cooperative and well mannered that you will love to stay there all the time you visit there. Only one thing was missing that they need extra space for parties so people won't use lobbies as we did?

Amazing property.... They make you feel Royal as by the ambience and services ....
Rooms are very spacious and are pure CLASS.
I would specially rate them 5 star for their hospitality.....
Food is amazing and delicious...and they change as per your request.... The motive is to satisfy customer.
And they also provide snacks for your safari Cantor/gypsy....which is also appreciated.

Hidden gem in RANTHAMBORE....Sawai Madhopur...
Really highly recommended if you want to make your trip and stay memorable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puratan Qila looks great from the outside but the adage - All things that glitter are not gold, holds true for Puratan. Here are a bunch of problems that we saw with the room as soon as we checked in:
1. TV was not working
2. Hot water is only available between 6 am - 5 pm ( Cannot have a shower late in the evening with hot water)
3. Wifi did not work throughout our stay
4. A small heater tucked in somewhere in the room. Did not do any justice to heating our room
In addition to the room, the front desk is hardly manned. If you have an early morning safari say 7 am or an airport pickup ...you will not find anyone at the desk. The Gym also was not operational and some of the equipment looks liked they had not been used in months.
The only saving grace is the food and the meals provided.
Definitely not worth the price - Avoid it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Without doubt one of the favourite resorts I have ever stayed ! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and the manager. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor Mr Raj Singh deserves a special thanks. Each and every meal was delicious. Kudos to the Chef. We had great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. Highly recommended!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puratan Qila is a hidden gem in terms of value given and hospitality provided. The staff led by Mr Raj is very dedicated, warm and prompt for every guest every time and standard of fortress, rooms, food is exceptional. I am seeing similar reviews as well which gives you a sense. They provided blankets and snacks for Safari which is something many hotels don’t do plus snacks during high tea were excellent. The Qila is scintillating and makes for an excellent experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Planning a trip with your school friends you want to create memories out of that and there is now better place to stay other than this. Room service, food quality, attitude of staff was very generous and polite. Restaurant Manager - Raj Singh and Reception Manager - Saurabh was very helpful. Each and Every request of ours of addressed in very polite way. We recommend this for all our friends and Family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good property, beautifully built, lovely spacious rooms and a view of the hills. Food is nice with a decent variety. The only problem we had was with the service, it was pretty slow and problem solving was even slower. The proactiveness and attention to detail was missing, even though there were few guests. But we had a good stay, got ourselves a private bonfire and got to spot a tigress, so it was all worth it. Can definitely give the property a try.
