★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The housing complex is well positioned. There are plenty of shops and grocery stores nearby. Water supply and electricity good.
That said, the apartments are very small and uncomfortable. But the price is staggering and unreasonably high. Neighbors are bad and hostile. Caretaker is opportunistic. Maids are slack. Neighbors are particularly unhelpful and vicious.
