★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite interesting actually. On the way to this place you get to test the suspension of your vehicle. Once you are here you also experience premium pricing for builder controlled electricity with pre payment meters.
You can also enjoy long rides to get groceries and longer for medicare and medicine. True luxury.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upcoming residential complex in greater Faridabad, this area is definitely going to be the next big thing here. Situated next to upcoming and large Multi-speciality hospital and MVN and MDPS school in Sector 89, Faridabad. Although, it is still in various stages of development, the occupancy is high. The roads are wide and the construction quality is fairly good.

living area is planned good, but rooms are planned as of affordable housing. Wooden flooring in all rooms is a plus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doesn't make sense to invest 70-80 akhs for a floor that too so far from City. And then monthly maintenance of 5k. Instead of asset the property becomes liability due to high maintenance, so bad investment. Even if FNG starts,we have to travel 40 kms to reach Noida 135. Metro has no plans till next 10 years in this area. It will take next 4 years to develop, by then other properties will be available in this area.
Conclusion : Not a place to invest or move. At a little more price there are flats available inside the city, which will grow your investment. But this place is not investment but a liability.
