★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These are one of the decent apartments in Faridabad but not the best. However, this is even worse when you are living here on rent. The local landlords are quite sick and greedy. The apartments don't cost anything more than 15k for a decent 3BHK with AC and good views but the greed full of filthy locals who let out the property would try to pulls the prices way up till 18k+. Try to avoid such people. There are apartments which are vacant for months because of such reason. There are way better options in other apartments. Also, there is no public transport nearby and the nearby locality is quite cheap (you get to know the first time you walk there).

There are A sports academy "Arshitta Sports and Development Academy" Faridabad Sector 81 is very near by the society this is a fitness centre, Yoga Meditation, zumba fitness activity and also Football Bocce Rugby coaching provided by this Academy.
Many schools situated in this area like Shiv Nadar school, Delhi Public school sec 81, Shri Ram Millennium School Faridabad, manuskriti school. Omaxe World Street Faridabad is also situated near this society.
Very big and High rise buildings in this society. And the security is also very good and strong. Very safe and secure place for habitat.
