I think I found the authentic Maharashtrian food in Bangalore.. a nice place in a happy area. Nice ambience, good seating. You have tables and well as on floor sitting arrangements. Food is very tasty. We ordered missal pav, sabudana kichdi, aalo paratha and baigan curry. Staff is very friendly and happy. Parking will have to be on road itself.

Authentic Maharashtrian cuisines. Pure Vegetarian. Dishes were delicious. Best place to hangout for authentic dishes. Not just the dishes even seatings were awesome, we sat with folded legs and ate.

Try the typical Maharashtrian cusine, we need to visit this place which serves variety of Maharashtrian food. Although the price for the food slightly expensive but we can savour the Maharashtrian cusine. The staff here are friendly and they suggest what we can choose from their menu. Try the sabudana khichdi and vadapav they both were delicious

EDIT : Agree with most other reviews which are 2 or 3 star. My 2nd visit confirms that service is indeed very slow despite only 3 tables being occupied. Food top up took excessively long and we were charged for even asking for extra chutney! It's sad if you have to wait so long and get charged for even petty things and then wasting 15 mins during payment as Vishal had so many issues on how to pay, and had amended the bill had to include 10 rupees in it! Review downgraded due to overall experience being bad due to this. Old review - based on impression given for Fantastic experience. Very well made food, well served and managed. Vishal who is running the place was personally serving clients too - this is very important for me as it shows dedication and involvement - not like places where the employees and management are disconnected from the customers service. Excellent authentic overall experience. P.S : Please note this review is based on the service when Vishal was there on Ugadi. There have been other experiences where most people leave 1 to 2 star reviews and this is confirmed by my friends who had a bad experience which left a poor impression on them.

A decent place with great food for a family and friend gathering. Easiest way to try would have been a Thali, but we went ordering all types of rice bowls, starters platter, aloocha parantha and our favourite Vada Pav. We also ended up order additional plates of kachori and Sagudana vada. Awesome food. Staff was good with their hospitality and service and guiding us selecting the food. Best must try - Ravan Bhat (mostly like puliogare), Kande Bhat, MΓ‘sale Bhat, Masala tea. When the staff knew that we were for a birthday gathering, they even complimented a desert - a great gesture of a culture driven service. ?? This place has its places for capturing memories too. Stairs and wet floor in wash area needs a watch. Overall, a definite worthy place to try.

Kept postponing a visit to this outlet, for years together. Finally visited at around 11am on Sunday to avoid possible crowds closer to lunch. Had the place to ourselves. Saboodana Vada. Poori, bhaji, shreekhand. Aloo Paratha. Puran poli. Generous portions. Very, very, very good. Everything we ordered. Without exception. It all looked so good, tasted so good, I forgot to take pictures once the food arrived! Friendly person at the cash counter. Professional kitchen. Looking forward to returning and working our way through the rest of the menu. The only negative (significant, but will return notwithstanding) is the single bathroom isn't kept spotlessly clean. Sadly, this is a recurring theme in f&b outlets.

I tried Zunka bhakar, it was yumm This was the first trying Maharashtrian traditional food, staff responded quick But service was late Staff doesn’t have the knowledge on food items, they were many items which I didn’t heard before so I expect staff should know about the food Ambiance is good, playing peaceful songs, calm place tables and also sofa(sit on ground) available Overall a good experience, not a crowded place For sure I will visit next time to try desserts
